Managing Director, Ann McIntosh, has been in the travel industry for over 35 years, all of it in Whakatane, and has owned the business for 23 years. She has travelled extensively and is experienced in tailor making holidays to suit every interest. We are the only agency in Whakatane accredited by the International Cruise Council of Australiasia (ICCA) with fully qualified cruise consultants. Our industry successes over the years include the ICCA New Zealand Cruise Agency of the Year - an award recognizing sales, superior product knowledge including many firsthand experiences and a high level of personalized service. We have also featured in various suppliers’ top 10 lists over many years.
Expert Team
We regularly attend training sessions both in New Zealand and overseas to ensure we have the knowledge and expertise to give our clients the best possible travel experience. Travel consultant Wendy Smith has been with us for over 11 years and is a South Australian expert, having completed an extensive training programme.
